Booking procedure

In order to formalize your reservation, you must advance 25% of the amount of the stay to the account number that we will provide you with a reference that must be stated. Once the advance has been made, this must be communicated by fax or e-mail with a copy of the bank transfer. You will then receive a booking confirmation. The rest of the amount of the stay, ie the remaining 75%, must be paid in cash on the day of entry into the house.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation incurs a cost calculated on the amount of the payment and signal of the reservation: “DECREE 53/1994, of 8 February, on the system of prices, reservations and complementary services in tourist accommodation establishments. House Regulations

We only accept pets at Casa la Moixella. The number of people staying overnight in the house cannot exceed the number stipulated in the reservation, any change must be communicated. The facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests. We do not accept visits We have cots, high chairs and bed rails for the little ones, at no extra cost. You will need to bring your own warm clothes for cots. We have extra beds, these with a suplement in the price.. Garbage must be disposed of in the container at the junction of the Solsona road. House towels cannot be used by the pool. Blankets may not be used outside the home and for any purpose other than bedding. Cigarettes cannot be thrown on the floor, it is a matter of hygiene and fire hazard. We would be grateful if you could let us know of any breakdown or damage, so that we can repair or replace the affected item. Weekends: Friday check-in is from 4pm and check-out is until 7pm on Sunday. High season: Check-in time starts at 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
